My research explores molecular mechanisms in neurodegenerative diseases, focusing on Down syndrome and Alzheimer’s. I investigate the APP gene's role in Alzheimer's-linked pathologies in Down syndrome and aim to identify therapeutic targets and novel treatments to combat these conditions.
