Development of new genome editing technology for crop improvement
About
One aspect of my research focuses on developing methods for the efficient delivery of CRISPR components in plants. This mainly involves the use of viral vectors and non-mobile replicons to express new miniature CRISPR systems. We also develop methods to screen gRNA efficiencies in plants.
