CURIE-Food is an innovative AI-powered platform designed to transform the food formulation process. Developed by the BIOST3 research group at the Universitat de Barcelona, this solution utilizes a sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture to automate the traditionally labor-intensive process of cross-referencing scientific literature and databases. It provides an "Accelerated Formulation Report" that not only includes recipe suggestions but also offers narrative analyses and a risk dashboard to flag potential issues like taste, compliance, and shelf life early in the development process.
