One platform. Three or more fluids. Total flexibility. No electronics. No complexity.

(About): BASEET (Arabic for "Simple") is a fully mechanical, zero-electronics handheld dispensing platform that simultaneously dispenses, mixes, and controls three or more independent fluids at user-controlled ratios — with one hand. Key features: • Interchangeable delivery heads — spray, pump, mist, foam and more — no tools required • Capsule-based system: each capsule is independent, refillable, and swappable individually • Tool-free self-cleaning two-part mixing chamber — opens fully in three rotations • Complete residue evacuation via negative pressure and flexible chamber cover • Zero cross-contamination between fluid channels • Lightweight, pocket-sized, no power required • Adapts across personal care, beauty, food & beverage, agriculture, healthcare, home care, and industrial sectors Protected under PCT/IQ2026/050003 (filed March 2026, 150+ countries).

(Partnership Type): Licensing / Co-development

(Sectors): Personal Care · Beauty · Healthcare · Food & Beverage · Agriculture · Industrial

(About the Inventor): Dr. Sabah Khalaf Ali is an independent inventor and Arabic language lecturer at the University of Samarra, Iraq. With no formal engineering background, he designed BASEET entirely on his own — driven by a belief in the power of simple, elegant mechanical solutions. BASEET is protected internationally under PCT/IQ2026/050003. isabahq44@gmail.com

About University of Samarra

University of Samarra is a public, mid-sized Iraqi research university established in 2012, with a growing postgraduate and applied-research profile. Its campus provides research and computer laboratories, graduate facilities, and engineering infrastructure for faculty, students, and external researchers. A central laboratory includes advanced analytical instrumentation, and solar power supports continuity and environmental performance; the university also promotes collaboration with public institutions and research organizations. Research is supported primarily through Iraq’s Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and competitive national funding channels. A scientific affairs function facilitates patent applications, scientific output, and knowledge exchange, creating a pathway toward practical uptake.
