High-Speed Filling Line Compatibility: Engine maximum outer diameter ≤ 22.81mm with piston cavity matching existing metal-spring pumps — true drop-in replacement, no line modification or additional capital investment required. Zero Pre-load Spring: No pre-compression before unlocking, providing longer shelf life and better stability compared to other plastic springs. Tunable Performance: Actuation force adjustable via material hardness/softness to suit different viscosities. Lock-Down Mechanism: In development, samples expected in 3 months, with no change to consumer habits. Development Status: Functional samples with real resin validated (15/15 core parameters passed). FEA simulation + rapid lab mold validation completed (~90% design risk resolved before production mold). Compatibility and long-cycle testing in progress using market-proven PE materials. This platform was developed using our Scientific Design engine (FEA + rapid real-material validation), shortening development cycle to 5–6 months. It is part of a broader portfolio of sustainable dispensing innovations for skincare and personal care.
