Overview
The iQ-Check Salmonella II kit is Bio-Rad's workhorse Salmonella detection product, validated as an AOAC Official Method of Analysis (OMA method 2017.06). Results are obtained in as little as 12 hours for raw meat samples and 20 hours for all other samples after a single enrichment step. The kit uses optimized primers and probes with an internal inhibition control amplified in parallel. Certified NF VALIDATION per ISO 16140 and validated on a wide range of food products including dairy, meat, and produce, as well as environmental surfaces.
