Severity-graded topical burn care platform seeking licensing and co-development partners

AdaptaFusion is a first-in-class severity-graded topical wound care platform addressing burn injuries across four clinical severity levels, from superficial to full-thickness burns. No existing commercial product addresses all severity levels within a single coherent architecture. The platform incorporates level-specific active pharmaceutical ingredients, preservative systems, and delivery formats including aerosol and expanding foam variants, validated through a comprehensive in silico study package built to ICH M15, ASME V&V 40-2018, and USP 1724 standards using the open-source OSP Suite, an FDA and EMA accepted methodology.

Invernadero is advancing AdaptaFusion toward NIH SBIR Phase I funding through the National Institute on Aging, with non-provisional patent filings in progress. Validation next steps include Franz diffusion cell studies and bench-level confirmation of dermal absorption parameters. Invernadero is seeking licensing partners, co-development agreements, and sponsored research collaborations in the advanced wound care space, with field-restricted licensing available for burn care applications.
