This innovative method revolutionizes traditional cocoa processing by employing a controlled centrifugal shattering unit. Unlike conventional cracking and winnowing, this technology precisely fractures cocoa beans along natural fracture lines, reducing nib damage and optimizing shell separation. The result is a significant enhancement in nib purity and yield, offering a more sustainable and economically beneficial solution for the cocoa industry.
