A revolutionary system leveraging AI/ML and UAV technology to automate plot grid creation in agricultural trials. Utilizing RTK-equipped drones, it enhances precision, reduces manual labor, and improves data reliability compared to traditional methods.
This innovative solution integrates advanced AI/ML algorithms with UAV technology to automate the creation of plot grids in agricultural trials. By using drones equipped with RTK modules, this system offers significant improvements in accuracy and efficiency over traditional manual GPS methods. The AI/ML algorithms generate precise waypoint grid markings from DSM data collected by the drones, ensuring accurate plot identification and marking. This automation reduces manual labor and errors, streamlining workflows and enhancing the overall efficiency of field trials.
The technology is currently at TRL 4, having been validated in lab conditions. Controlled simulations and field tests have been conducted to assess the accuracy and efficiency of the AI/ML algorithms and UAV system. Further development and validation are planned to enhance robustness and reliability for field deployment.
