Methodology: We utilize Acoustic-Guided Lubrication (ultrasound) based on ISO 29821 to measure real-time dynamic friction (dB RMS) in heavy industrial and agricultural machinery. This replaces flawed time-based routines, ensuring lubricant is injected precisely until optimal fluid friction is achieved. Metrics & Field Validation: During a recent predictive audit of a large-scale agro-industrial boiler system, our acoustic framework optimized three bearings, achieving friction reductions of up to 4.2 dB RMS. More importantly, on a newly installed bearing (Exaustor 02 LA), our system detected an immediate +2.0 dB friction spike during the first manual grease injection. This real-time acoustic data diagnosed a severe over-packing mounting error. We instantly halted the lubrication process, preventing an imminent seal rupture, catastrophic component overheating, and an expensive unplanned downtime event. Next Steps & Partnering: This methodology is a fully validated, market-ready framework. We seek corporate partners to run pilot projects, integrating our field acoustic diagnostics with automated dispensing systems. Our goal is to eliminate human error in lubrication, actively protect capital assets from premature failure, and drastically reduce maintenance OpEx in complex industrial fleets.
