Cellestive allows Antibody Solutions to provide fit-for-purpose strategies for the discovery of custom antibodies.
Custom immuization options, fed into multiple pathways: the activated pathway allows for the screening of B-cells that preferentially fuse to create hybridomas, either by traditional plate-based screening or on the xPloration; the memory pathway allows for the highest throughput screening of single memory B-cells via flow cytometry and cell staining combined with paired heavy and light chain sequencing of positive hits; and the plasma pathway allows for the screening of upto 500K antibody secreting B-cells from multiple sources (i.e. rodent, rabbit, camelid, human, etc.) against cells or beads combined with paired heavy and light chain sequencing.
Plate-based re-expression allows for the high-throughput screening of sequences to confirm characteristics/function. Scale-up of leads and further developability analysis is also available. From immunization to vetted hybridomas or sequences in 10-12 weeks.
