We introduce a patented, closed-loop theranostic platform engineered to overcome severe intratumoral hypoxia in solid tumors. The system unifies an environment-responsive hybrid nanocarrier with an external, algorithmic dual-channel nanophotonic irradiation hardware console. At tumor acidity (pH ~6.3), the outer polymeric shell undergoes targeted dissociation to trigger localized delivery.
The dual-channel hardware console integrates ultra-sensitive optical detection modules to map tumor boundaries in real-time via autonomous self-bioluminescence. Upon coordinate generation, it focalizes a 660 nm laser matrix to drive targeted destruction, while an embedded microcontroller executes an automated safety shut-off loop the moment tumor ablation is complete.
Empirical Validation & Efficacy:
We are seeking strategic R&D collaborations, technology licensing, or co-development partnerships to advance this integrated platform into preclinical development.
