This pilot unit is engineered to evaluate, optimize, and scale coil coating processes under controlled, real-world conditions. Its modular design allows integration of advanced curing and application methods like UV and IR treatments, ensuring adaptability to evolving technology needs. This project enables industry partners to accelerate technology validation and reduce time-to-market for new coatings by leveraging Lambton College's applied research expertise and infrastructure.
