My approach combines editorial production with community-building. Each episode follows a repeatable pipeline: guest sourcing from my AI-biology network, technical pre-interview, recording, full editorial and transcript cleanup, and a house-style promotion set (LinkedIn quote cards, episode landing pages on minute52.com). To date I've produced episodes across lab automation, AI-bio infrastructure, and synthetic biology, with guests from Genialis, Strand AI, CZI Biohub, Deep Origin, PyLabRobot, and others. Core metrics I track: LinkedIn post views and impressions, audience growth rate, LinkedIn engagement on promo assets, and conversion from listener to AI-Circle.Bio member or sponsor lead. Validation and next steps I'm scaling reach and signal quality through a correspondent model — a first cohort of contributors expanding topic coverage and output cadence. I validate partner fit through direct conversion: a BIO International morning walk (San Diego, June) seeded an investor and founder list I'm converting into sponsor and advisory relationships, with existing sponsors. Over the next 90 days, I plan to take on two advisory retainers (scoped as monthly signal memos, landscape calls, and capped async access) and one new sponsorship.
