EXT - odor eliminating solution

EXT is a patented, dual-mechanism odor-elimination technology that addresses malodor at both its chemical and biological source, rather than masking it or relying on simple adsorption. Most conventional approaches solve only half the problem: fragrance sprays cover odor without removing it, and adsorbents like activated carbon trap odor molecules but don't address the biological conditions that keep generating them, so odor returns over time. EXT's water-based formulation (approximately 98% water; no surfactants, soaps, or VOCs) binds and neutralizes volatile odor compounds directly, while also addressing the conditions that let malodor persist and recur — in a single, ready-to-use spray or wash solution. This isn't early-stage science. EXT has been commercially sold since 2016 through a licensing partnership in the hunting/outdoor market, proving it effective in real-world use, safe for consumers, and cost-efficient to manufacture. It is protected by four issued US patents across two families, with coverage into 2038, and its neutralization mechanism has been independently confirmed via Headspace GC/MS analysis. It has passed a full standardized toxicology battery, and is available in fragrance-free and scented formats spanning fabric, footwear, pet, household, and automotive use cases. We're seeking licensing partners for new consumer categories — happy to share test data under NDA. As a next phase, this same active chemistry is a candidate for adaptation into wet-air scrubbing systems for industrial VOC and odor control (e.g., wastewater, food/rendering, landfill exhaust). This application is unproven in a scrubbing environment to date and represents an early-stage opportunity requiring a scale-up and technical validation partnership with an environmental engineering firm or industrial operator.
