We provide a two-stage technology based on first rapid chemical oxidation followed by secondary washing with a mixture containing chelating and firmness agents, acidifiers, and antioxidants. First stage: Disinfection and sanitization based on the synthetic generation of superoxide radical. Second stage: Secondary washing aims to stabilize the disinfection result, acidify the medium, and prevent browning initiation (not always required).
