Overview
EZ-Check represents Bio-Rad's latest generation of food pathogen PCR testing, designed for simpler workflows than the predecessor iQ-Check line. The kit features multiplex amplification of the target pathogen alongside an internal control that monitors for false negatives, while a patented duplex detection system enhances accuracy and simplifies reaction setup. Validated by both AFNOR and AOAC on parameters including robustness, product consistency, stability, inclusivity/exclusivity, and matrix studies. Bio-Rad's iQ-Check Free DNA Removal Solution is validated as part of the workflow. Launched 2025.
