INJELEC: Conductive polymer composite with PEDOT synthesis

Technology
In development
Company

INJELEC introduces a conductive polymer composite using PEDOT synthesized directly on substrates, offering enhanced electrical conductivity for plastic matrices. Ideal for industrial applications, it eliminates solvent processing and supports co-engineering partnerships.

Overview

INJELEC presents an innovative approach to conductive polymer composites by directly synthesizing PEDOT, a highly conductive polymer, on specific substrates. This process enhances the electrical conductivity of plastic matrices, making it suitable for various industrial applications. Our patented method avoids traditional solvent-based PEDOT processing, providing a more efficient and environmentally friendly solution.

Technical specifications
  • Direct synthesis of PEDOT: Conductive polymer is synthesized on substrates, improving conductivity without solvent processing.
  • Enhanced plastic matrices: Incorporation of PEDOT fillers into plastic matrices enhances their electrical properties, making them applicable in diverse industrial sectors.
  • Customization potential: Co-engineering opportunities with industrial partners to tailor the technology for specific applications.
Technology readiness level

Currently at a Technology Readiness Level of 5, INJELEC is in the prototype phase. We are actively seeking industrial partners for co-engineering programs to validate and tailor the technology for market-specific applications, with a goal of reaching higher TRL stages through collaborative development.
