The proposed innovation is a dual-head electric toothbrush concept featuring a powered handle, an integrated battery, an ON/OFF control, and a specialized brushing mechanism anti-plaque, specially designed to facilitate cleaning of both sides the outer and inner surfaces of the teeth simultaneously. EURONOBEL is seeking discussions with established international oral-care manufacturers interested in evaluating the concept and potentially acquiring the associated transferable intellectual property rights, technical documentation and know-how, subject to due diligence and a mutually agreed contract. The Innovation Concept The proposed product is designed around four main features:  Dual-Surface Brushing Concept: A brush-head arrangement intended to facilitate cleaning of the outer and inner tooth surfaces.  Powered Electric Handle: An integrated battery-powered system with an accessible ON/OFF button.  Movable Brushing Mechanism: A proposed mechanism enabling left-to-right and right-to-left brushing movement.  Soft Contact Support: A silicone or flexible polymer component intended to support positioning and comfortable contact during brushing. Intellectual Property and Know-How Offered EURONOBEL proposes to discuss a potential transaction involving the transferable rights and technical assets actually owned or controlled by the seller, which may include:

1. Transferable Copyright: Eligible original drawings, written descriptions, design materials, technical illustrations, manuals and other copyright-protected works.
2. Technical Know-How: Available non-public technical knowledge, design rationale, development notes and implementation information associated with the concept.
3. Product Documentation: Available specifications, concept diagrams, design descriptions and preliminary development materials.
4. Development Cooperation (Optional): Further engineering, prototype development, technical refinement and support for industrial implementation, subject to a separate agreement. EURONOBEL is open to discussing one of the following arrangements:  Option A – Intellectual Property Assignment: Acquisition of the transferable intellectual property rights and agreed know-how for a negotiated purchase price.  Option B – Exclusive Commercial Licence: An exclusive licence for defined products, markets, territories and duration, subject to agreed commercial terms.  Option C – Acquisition with Development Support: Acquisition of agreed intellectual property assets combined with technical cooperation for prototype development, testing and industrialization.  Option D – Strategic Co-Development The transaction scope, exclusivity, payment structure, deliverables and any further development obligations would be negotiated individually.
