Irley™ is a connected thermal monitoring camera developed by MoviTHERM to identify abnormal heat before it escalates into a fire, equipment failure, production interruption, or costly asset loss.

Traditional monitoring systems often depend on point sensors, periodic inspections, or disconnected hardware and software platforms. These approaches can miss developing problems, provide limited spatial awareness, and require customers to integrate cameras, communications, analytics, alarm management, and support from multiple vendors.

Irley addresses this gap through a vertically integrated IoT thermal monitoring platform. The system combines thermal imaging, onboard temperature measurement, network connectivity, cloud-based monitoring, configurable alarm thresholds, and automated notifications in a single deployable solution.

The camera continuously monitors an area rather than measuring temperature at only one physical point. This enables Irley to detect localized hot spots, rising temperatures, and abnormal thermal patterns across equipment, stored materials, electrical infrastructure, and industrial environments. When predefined conditions are reached, the system can notify designated personnel so they can investigate and intervene before the condition becomes more severe.

Irley can connect through Ethernet where network infrastructure is available or through LTE for remote and difficult-to-network locations. This makes the platform suitable for both established industrial facilities and distributed assets where traditional monitoring systems may be impractical.
