Modification of wide spec and recycled HDPE to produce bottle grade material

Recycled polyolefins are often viewed as being of lower quality. Through the use of free radical chemistry and appropriate solvent and stabilizer, recycled materials can be modified to match prime polymer grades. This project seeks to demonstrate this improvement to provide high value to recycled and off grade polymers that otherwise would be discarded.
