PARAMUS is an AI-first multi-agent platform providing a deterministic companion layer for LLM-driven chemistry workflows. It exposes 1800+ scientific tools covering cheminformatics, thermodynamics, electrochemistry, medicinal chemistry, and materials science.

Why it matters: parametric LLMs produce silent, confidently-stated errors on algorithm-defined properties. PARAMUS supplies verifiable, reproducible calculations alongside the generative reasoning of LLMs.

Methodology & proof to date:

Automated HPLC-DAD processing Integration for FAIR-compliant data exchange Chromatographic retention-time prediction model trained on FAIR datasets Validated workflows: CO₂ multi-state thermodynamics, R-134a vapor-compression cycle design, multi-class drug similarity networks, ORCA-coupled Suzuki–Miyaura mechanism discovery (4 inconsistencies surfaced including a critical solvent mismatch)

Validation plan: benchmark suites comparing parametric LLM outputs vs. PARAMUS deterministic calculations on reference molecules; applicability domains explicitly tracked per tool.

Seeking partners for:

Deployment across process chemistry, formulation, materials, and upstream/downstream scale-up Integration with self-driving laboratory (SDL) workflows Verified scientific datasets for training scientifically-capable LLMs Pilot deployments in pharma R&D, specialty chemicals, and academic core facilities

About Paramus Transform LLC

Paramus Transform LLC developed the Paramus Chemistry OS, a computational platform designed to integrate AI models, quantum chemistry engines, molecular dynamics, and laboratory automation. The system operates through four core modules: INTENT, an AI-powered chemistry copilot; WORLD, a semantic information server using knowledge graphs; BRAIN, a high-performance server for AI and HPC applications; and OPERATE, a platform for robotic orchestration. By exposing tools via the Model Context Protocol, the platform allows AI assistants to run complex computations through natural language, aiming to transform fragmented simulations and data into a unified, AI-ready ecosystem.

The platform addresses challenges in R&D by providing researchers in polymer science, medicinal chemistry, and materials science with validated, data-driven tools. It is designed for on-premise deployment on Windows, offering secure, local computation that supports regulatory compliance through batch control standards. By connecting isolated knowledge islands and enabling autonomous research workflows, the system aims to accelerate discovery and precision in chemical research. It is available at no cost for academic research, with commercial licenses offered for professional use.
