PILOT HOSPITAL NEEDED FOR SENTINEL AI & AURELIA AI

DIL Organization – Health Tech Innovation Corporation is seeking hospitals and health systems to serve as pilot and design partners for Sentinel AI™ and Aurelia AI™—two AI-powered healthcare infrastructure platforms built to solve measurable clinical and administrative problems.

Sentinel AI™ is an AI-powered behavioral health infrastructure platform designed to help organizations identify behavioral health risk earlier, monitor wellness, engage patients, and connect people to appropriate care before conditions escalate into crisis. The platform combines AI-assisted behavioral health screening, an AI companion, contactless rPPG vital-sign monitoring, clinical decision support, care navigation, EHR interoperability, and enterprise analytics.

Sentinel is built around a simple pathway: Detect → Monitor → Engage → Connect. Evidence-based tools such as PHQ-9, GAD-7, and C-SSRS support screening; camera-based rPPG captures signals such as heart rate, HRV, and stress; conversational AI supports ongoing engagement; and care navigation helps route individuals to clinicians, referrals, or community resources.

We are seeking hospitals with high behavioral-health volumes, limited staffing, ED capacity pressures, fragmented screening, or difficulty connecting patients to follow-up care. Potential pilot use cases include ED screening, suicide-risk workflows, behavioral-health intake, primary-care screening, substance-use screening, care navigation, ED-to-home follow-up, and workforce wellness. Sentinel’s pilot strategy is to deploy in a focused workflow for approximately 90–180 days and measure outcomes such as time-to-screen, identification rate, referral completion, clinician time saved, adoption, and workflow efficiency.

Aurelia AI™ is a two-sided AI prior authorization and clinical decision intelligence platform designed for both health plans and hospital/health systems. On the provider side, Aurelia is intended to help align clinical documentation with payer requirements, identify missing information, improve submission quality, reduce rework, and support appeals. On the payer side, it is designed to ingest authorization requests, detect procedures and diagnoses, identify relevant medical-necessity criteria, analyze documentation, generate clinical rationales, and support approval, denial, appeal, and medical-director review workflows.

Aurelia pilot opportunities can focus on one specialty or high-volume authorization category such as surgery, imaging, orthopedics, oncology, behavioral health, or specialty medication. We want to measure turnaround time, staff time per authorization, number of administrative touches, first-pass completeness, requests for additional information, denial frequency, appeal workload, and time from order to authorization.
