The primary goal is to predict critical performance indicators such as taste, texture, and quality, while also screening for allergen presence, ensuring nutritional balance, and maintaining regulatory compliance. This cutting-edge AI solution aims to streamline food product development by reducing reliance on traditional trial-and-error methodologies, thus accelerating the prototyping process and enhancing formulation accuracy.
Currently at TRL 5, this technology has been developed and validated in lab settings. The next steps involve integration, optimization, and real-world testing in collaboration with industry partners to prepare for deployment in R&D environments over the next 24 months.
