Reveal® is a lateral flow immunoassay platform for rapid on-site detection of food allergens (gluten, peanut, milk, egg, soy) and mycotoxins (aflatoxin, DON, fumonisin), delivering results in minutes without laboratory equipment.
Overview
The Reveal platform uses competitive and sandwich lateral flow immunoassay formats with antibodies specific to target analytes. For allergens, the portfolio covers major regulatory allergens with sensitivities calibrated to relevant thresholds (e.g., 20 ppm for gluten under Codex Alimentarius). For mycotoxins, Reveal strips detect aflatoxin, DON, fumonisin, zearalenone, and ochratoxin A in grain, feed, and food. Tests require no instrumentation for qualitative results and can be paired with a reader for semi-quantitative measurement.
