The SAM-based plot grid generation framework is an innovative solution designed to automate the segmentation of agricultural plots using the Segment Anything Model (SAM). This AI-powered approach allows for precision in delineating individual plots, significantly enhancing the accuracy of crop trait assignments and data analysis in UAV workflows. By using SAM's advanced segmentation capabilities, the framework can manage plot delineation with minimal manual intervention, making it highly efficient and adaptable to various agricultural contexts.
