We bridge the gap between academic research and rigid standardized testing through custom lab work in microbiology (study of microbes like bacteria) and molecular biology (the study of biological molecules like DNA). Our "Innovation to Impact" pathway is a five-phase roadmap guiding clients from concept clarity through prototyping and validation to final regulatory submission and market entry. Phase I – Strategic Foundation: Focuses on clarifying the opportunity and de-risking the concept through a competitive landscape review, addressable market analysis, and the definition of a Target Product Profile (TPP). Phase II – Development Blueprint: The vision is translated into a structured execution plan, which includes a high-level development roadmap, a regulatory pathway strategy, and a risk identification and mitigation plan. Phase III – Feasibility & Prototyping: Aims to reduce technical uncertainty by generating early proof through pilot or proof-of-concept studies, experimental design, and prototype strategy. Phase IV – Validation & Execution: Aims to produce defensible, decision-grade data through protocol development, study execution, and detailed data analysis. Phase V – Funding & Regulatory Advancement: Positions the innovation for capital, partnerships, and market entry by providing support for grant writing, regulatory documentation, and SR&ED technical narratives.
