The Clinical Problem Current serological tests for antigen specific antibodies generally provide results in arbitrary units or units relative to reference material. A single value cannot adequately characterize a humoral immune response. Test results from different platforms, for different antibody isotypes, for different antigens are not comparable. While serological tests are accepted correlates of immunological function, such as response to vaccination, autoimmunity, infections, tumors and allergy, correlations with clinical phenomena are often limited. The Technology Solution & Platform Compatibility Titration-enhanced microarray-based immunoassay: Both spacially and fluorescently addressable microarrays are suitable for replacing multiplexing with deep-analysis: exploiting simultaneous reactions for examining a single interaction with greater detail, rather than examining several distinct interactions. Our platform examines the antibody binding properties of a single antigen in greater detail. Key Advantage: Instead of one value with arbitrary units we obtain key biochemical properties with proper standard units of an antigen, providing a real biochemical characterization of the antibody response. Commercial Value Proposition Expanded Test Menu: Allows instrument and kit manufacturers to immediately add a high-value, proprietary test to their existing multiplex panel ecosystem. Reduced Time-to-Market: Because the PCT application is already filed and published internationally, a strategic partner can immediately step in to direct the upcoming European national phase and tailor the prosecution to their exact market needs. Asset Type: Published Pending PCT Patent Application. Publication Number: WO 2025/248270 (Priority Date: May 30, 2024). Current Timeline: The European Patent Office (EPO) national phase entry window is actively open until December 30, 2026. Opportunity: Available for Out-licensing / Acquisition / Co-development.
