Assam Don Bosco University

Assam Don Bosco University is a mid-sized private, non-profit, coeducational research university in Guwahati, established in 2008 to serve Northeast India. Its campuses provide research laboratories, engineering workshops, computer infrastructure, and space-technology facilities for applied research and technical development. Placement and industry-interface functions connect the university with employers through internships, industrial visits, technical talks, and recruitment engagement, while community skill programs extend its regional reach. Research draws support from UGC, DST, DBT, AICTE, and ICMR, alongside state funding from ASTEC. An Entrepreneurship Development and Incubation Centre supports venture creation and pre-incubation.
