KIIT Deemed to be University

KIIT Deemed to be University is a large, multidisciplinary private research university in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, with more than 40,000 learners and 3,000 faculty and researchers. Its 36-square-kilometre academic township brings research laboratories, advanced instrumentation, prototyping spaces, and industry-facing infrastructure into one connected setting. Industry representatives contribute to academic planning, while corporate collaborations support internships, live projects, training, and co-developed Centres of Excellence. Research is supported by competitive national funding from DST, DBT, ICMR, ANRF-SERB, ICSSR, MeitY, AICTE, UGC, and CSIR. KIIT-TBI and a dedicated Technology Transfer and IP Cell support incubation, patenting, licensing, and startup formation.
