Its technology-transfer unit supports contract R&D, technical assistance, project management, intellectual-property strategy, SME assistance, and startup development. Research is supported by competitive funding from CONICET, Argentina’s national R&D promotion system, and provincial programs. Three double-dependence UNER–CONICET institutes connect university facilities with the national research network.
