Nirma University

Nirma University is a multidisciplinary private research university in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, established in 2003 and accredited A+ by NAAC, with a broad professional and doctoral education profile. Its 125-acre campus supports applied research through laboratories, testing facilities, faculty consultancy, and doctoral programs, while the Industry–Institute Interaction Cell organizes internships, training, curriculum engagement, and corporate recruitment. Linkages with companies and public research organizations, including ISRO and national laboratories, give industry partners structured routes to engage faculty and student talent. Research has received competitive support from India’s Department of Science and Technology, Department of Biotechnology, Department of Atomic Energy, ISRO, and Gujarat Council on Science and Technology. The Nirma University Incubation Centre adds prototyping, IP, mentoring, and startup-support pathways.
