Universiti Teknologi Brunei

Universiti Teknologi Brunei is a compact national engineering and technology university in Bandar Seri Begawan, serving about 1,900 students and combining hands-on teaching with a research mission. Its Industry Liaison Office coordinates collaborative R&D, internships, staff placements, professional development, and employment links. UTB ExperiencePLUS extends industry and university attachments beyond Brunei, while its industrial-partner network and applied research centres provide contact points for companies and government agencies. Research is supported primarily by Brunei’s Ministry of Education, complemented by competitive national and external funding; the Graduate Studies and Research Office and Enterprise Office support research management, knowledge transfer, intellectual property, and commercialization.
