I work with a large team of food scientists, engineers, and technologists in the areas of product development, byproduct valorisation, consumer behaviour, sensory, food composition, nutrition, bioassays, and clinical trials for regulatory-compliant health claims. We have expertise across several food sectors, including fresh and processed fruit & vegetables, beverages, probiotics and prebiotics, extracts and nutraceuticals, cereals, bakery, meat, seafood, and dairy.
Our aim is to provide the external scientific capabilities needed to overcome challenges and accelerate product development.
