About
We are a New Zealand government-owned contract research organization with 100 years of history, employing 2,000 staff and generating revenues of US$328M. I work with a large team of food scientists, engineers, and technologists in the areas of product development, byproduct valorisation, consumer behaviour, sensory, food composition, nutrition, bioassays, and clinical trials for regulatory-compliant health claims. We have expertise across several food sectors, including fresh and processed fruit & vegetables, beverages, probiotics and prebiotics, extracts and nutraceuticals, cereals, bakery, meat, seafood, and dairy. Our aim is to provide the external scientific capabilities needed to overcome challenges and accelerate product development.
