Natural tannins to preserve meat products
About
There is a high demand for natural meat preservation among meat eaters as the end-user customers. Dr Ziora, in collaboration with Prof Hoffman from the QAAFI and Prof Blaskovich from the IMB at UQ, are now developing prototype of natural meat preservatives formulated withrom edible wine tannins.
