About
Ben Lagrange is an experienced professional with a background in engineering, leadership, and entrepreneurship. He is currently a Co-Founder of AirGuard and the Managing Member of Blue Ridge Heating & Air, where he provides HVAC and indoor air quality solutions for residential and commercial customers. Prior to his current ventures, Ben spent nearly 20 years at GE Power, where he held various engineering and management roles. During his tenure there, he led large-scale reliability engineering organizations focused on power generation equipment, risk characterization, and the development of digital reliability systems. Ben holds several degrees from Clemson University, including a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering, as well as an MBA from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business.
