I develop high-throughput sequencing and molecular diagnostics to detect and characterize plant and livestock pathogens. Work spans metagenomic profiling, pathogen genomics and molecular epidemiology, antimicrobial susceptibility studies, and in vitro antiviral screening to support surveillance and control.
