Non-invasive Detection of Diseases: Through molecular imaging (PET/CT, SPECT/CT, PET/MR), we aim at early detection, patient selection and monitoring of diseases. Radiopharmaceutical Therapy: We utilize moieties radiolabeled with beta or alpha emitters to achieve curative cancer treatment. We also investigated its potential synergistic effects when combined with other therapeutic modalities such as immune checkpoint inhibitors and DNA damage response inhibitors. Radiation and the immune system: We investigate the effects and modulation properties of ionizing radiation on the immune system.
