About
I am a cultural anthropologist and university lecturer based in the Netherlands. For over twenty years, I have studied how people navigate complex systems, institutions, and technological change across different social and cultural contexts. My work is grounded in ethnographic and qualitative research methods and increasingly focuses on the interface between society, healthcare, agriculture, and emerging technologies. I bring expertise in understanding user experiences, implementation processes, stakeholder perspectives, and the broader societal implications of innovation. I enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and exploring how social science insights can contribute to the successful development, adoption, and impact of new technologies.
