With a background in Chemical Engineering and expertise in pilot design and scale up, I am passionate about driving novel, environmentally friendly products to market. I have a bachelor and master's degree in chemical and Biological Engineering, a PhD in chemical engineering developing slow-release nitrification inhibitor products, 2 years experience in consulting engineering, predominating working on pilot scale product development and scale up design to demonstration plant, and now 3 years' experience working as a post-doctoral research fellow at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia within the Centre for Bioplastics and Biocomposites lead by Prof Steven Pratt and Prof Bronwyn Laycock.
