Researcher and engineer specialized in environmental biotechnology, with experience in sustainable chemical and biological processes. My expertise includes performing research in environmental engineering, electrochemistry, microbiology and molecular biology, to better understand environmental processes that can be harnessed to treat wastewater, recover products from waste, and degrade contaminants of concern. Through my research I aim to develop sustainable wastewater treatment, resource recovery, and remediation technologies that incorporate both biological components and emerging chemical strategies, such as nanobubbles and electrochemistry, for enhanced performance.
