Research focuses on plant–nematode interactions using integrative diagnostics and functional genomics. Combines morphology, rDNA phylogenetics, host-range assays and CRISPR mutagenesis to validate crop defense pathways and inform surveillance of quarantine pests in horticulture and rice.
