Hydrophobic materials enables multiple plant stress avoidance
About
Hydrophobic substances as found in the plant cuticular layer are the first line of defense against both abiotic and biotic stresses. Use of hydrophobic substances extracted from waste material such as wheat straw (23+ million acres across the prairies) represents a huge value added opportunity.
