Research centers on polymer–clay nanocomposites and thin-film processing, using self-assembly and intercalation to create transparent, humidity-stable gas-barrier and flame-retardant coatings. Emphasis on scalable deposition (e.g., inkjet printing) for packaging and other barrier applications.
