About

As a postdoc in Maggie Wagner's lab at the Univ. of Kansas, I am using a model (maize) and native (gamagrass) plant system to increase our understanding of how host-microbiome interactions influence microbial adaptation to stress (drought). I am also curating a maize microbe synthetic community.
