My current studies are on host-microbe/microbe-microbe interactions, molecular markers, biological control of pathogens, enhancing enzymatic properties of bioagents using the bioinformatic database, recombinant DNA technology, protein chemistry/ proteomics besides investigations on genetic properties of pathogens using molecular parameters, gene tracking and resistance to antibiotics. I am also interested in data analysis in marine biology and using bioinformatic tools and I can analyze whole genome/RNA seq, metagenomics, metabolomics, protein-ligand/ -protein docking analysis/dynamics, and drug discovery related to molecular microbiology and genetics, I have also participated into metagenomics project linked to a marine biology to increase the immunity of fish using probiotics.
