I integrate genomics, bioinformatics and quantitative genetics to accelerate disease-resistance breeding in crops. Efforts include germplasm evaluation, genotype-to-phenotype modeling, and genomic selection for polygenic traits to stack favorable alleles into resilient cultivars.
