My research interests include plasma simulation, advanced plasma source development, and plasma-enhanced thin film growth and surface engineering. The example applications include flat panel displays, photovoltaics, photonic coatings, barrier coatings, optical coatings, hard coatings, surface treatment, and water treatment.
