With 20 years of experience in U.S. and international regulations, toxicology, and food safety, I have supported the introduction of over 100 new ingredients worldwide. My work spans biotechnology products, plant-based proteins, cellular agriculture, GM-derived foods, novel fibers, oils, marine lipids, botanicals, sweeteners, enzymes, amino acids, probiotics, and emerging processing technologies.
