My books, "Speaking Up at Work: Leading Change as an Independent Thinker" and "Organizational Learning and Performance: The Science and Practice of Building a Learning Culture" bring together compelling stories and scientific research to illuminate how leaders create cultures of curiosity, innovation, and high performance.
